We are looking for a talented Association Coordinator with excellent administrative and project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with our Association Management team to support several trade associations:

  • Coordinating and managing the administration of projects.
  • Managing associations’ membership activities.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of association events.
  • Organising, attending and facilitating meetings (incl. drafting minutes)
  • Preparing and sending membership invoices
  • Assisting with the associations’ communications campaigns (promotional materials, social media accounts, newsletters, website content)
  • Coordinating work of suppliers (events, accountant, translations).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in association coordination/administrative support role, ideally in a Brussels-based association, or similar experience in a consultancy.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, preferably plus at least one other European language.
  • Strong sense of client service and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for details.
  • Solid experience in project management and event management.
  • Good understanding of the EU landscape.
  • Excellent computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365) and digital skills.
  • Ability to work proactively, autonomously and in teams.
