BRUSSELS – Experienced agency practitioner Aleksandra Lugovic is joining SEC Newgate EU as Public Affairs Director, bringing more than 16 years of experience in the Brussels consultancy world.

At the same time, Executive Chairman Tom Parker is leaving the company he joined 15 years ago to pursue fresh challenges.

“We are delighted that a public affairs expert of Aleksandra’s calibre is joining to take our team to the next level. She has amazing experience which will benefit our clients and new business prospects,” Feriel Saouli said.

“As we welcome Aleksandra aboard, it’s the start of a new era. I can’t thank Tom enough for his dedication, commitment and expertise. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.” she said.

Until recently, Aleksandra was the Head of the Public Affairs practice at PNKetchum+, offering strategic advice on government affairs across policy areas such as healthcare, sustainability, packaging and waste, chemicals and trade.

Before then, she was at Hanover, where she supported healthcare clients in EU advocacy, and also at Gopa as a Senior Public Affairs and Policy Communications Adviser.
